The Bayclean story began in 1999 with a revolutionary
breakthrough in cleaning technology. This unique chemistry interacts instead of reacting with with
soils and substrates, effecting a total separation of the toughest soil
from the surface, without changing either.
Bayclean is safe, biodegradable,
contains no harmful alkalinity, acidity or solvents (other than water). No VOC's, No Glycol Ethers, No Phenols.
Bayclean was first applied to the industrial cleaning markets in the United States
where it's unique properties assisted in the development of award winning changes in industrial
cleaning processes. Awards were earned for both environmental and economic successes.
Bayclean chemistry facilitated the replacement of environmentally undesirable solvent cleaning.
Then due to Bayclean's unique recyclable properties it dramatically reduced operationing costs
making plants more cost effective as well.
Quickly commercial cleaning operations found Bayclean's advantages could improve almost any cleaning task. From shopping malls to automotive detailing and degreasing
Bayclean was replacing harsh solventized "prior art" chemistry.
In July 2001 the U. S. Patent Office recognized Bayclean by granting patent
protection for it's unique formulary.
Soon the printing industry became aware
of Bayclean's ability to safely work on water-based and soy-based inks. Press rollers stay cleaner longer, workers
complain less about skin irritation & odor, and images on plates remain un-effected by cleaning.
It is with that success that Bay Technologies, LLC now proudly presents the Bayclean family of
products for the Printing Industry.
